Wrike, built for real work.
Helping organizations transform messy, frustrating Wrike workspaces into structured, scalable systems their teams actually enjoy using.
Authorized Wrike Partner, Consultant, and Wrike Systems Architect.
If your Wrike environment isn’t where you want it to be, you’re not alone.
Most organizations don’t reach out because Wrike is broken.
They reach out because work is happening everywhere.
Requests are coming through email, Slack, meetings, phone calls, spreadsheets, and hallway conversations.
Nobody is quite sure where things belong.
Reporting is difficult.
Processes are inconsistent.
Teams become frustrated.
Leadership loses visibility.
Over time, people stop trusting the system.
The result isn’t just a Wrike problem.
It’s a process problem.
A visibility problem.
A consistency problem.
A trust problem.
That’s where I come in.
What I Do
I help organizations create systems that support the way their teams actually work.
Sometimes that means rebuilding a workspace that has become difficult to manage.
Sometimes it means designing new processes from the ground up.
Sometimes it means creating structure, improving reporting, automating repetitive work, or helping teams adopt Wrike more effectively.
Every engagement is different.
The goal is always the same:
Create a workspace people trust, a process they can follow, and a foundation that supports the business long-term.
Meet James
My journey with Wrike started as a customer.
Later, I joined Wrike as a Customer Success Manager, helping organizations improve adoption, strengthen processes, and get more value from the platform.
After founding Aura One Consulting Group in 2021, Wrike became my first client, where I continued supporting customers as both a Business Technology Analyst and Professional Services Consultant.
Today, I work with organizations across industries to create clarity, structure, and long-term sustainability within their Wrike environments.
Over the past seven years, I’ve helped marketing teams, operations teams, PMOs, and other cross-functional groups build systems that improve visibility, increase consistency, and support growth.
My focus isn’t just on solving today’s challenges.
I’m always thinking about what comes next.
How will this process scale?
How will this team grow?
How can decisions made today continue supporting the organization years from now?
Because a successful Wrike environment isn’t just one that works today.
It’s one that continues working as the business evolves.
My Approach
Most consultants start with the platform.
I start with your people.
Before I recommend a workflow, build a request form, create a dashboard, or automate a process, I want to understand how your organization works today and how you want it to work tomorrow.
I listen.
I ask questions.
I learn how work moves through your organization.
Then I translate that into a system that supports the way your team actually works.
Because the goal isn’t to build a better Wrike workspace.
The goal is to build a better way of working.
The Results Matter
The best feedback I receive isn’t about dashboards, workflows, or automation.
It’s hearing things like:
“I actually get excited to open Wrike now instead of dreading it.”
“What you helped us build is beyond my expectations.”
“Our team now has a solid foundation to continue growing and building from.”
That’s what success looks like.
Not just a better workspace.
A better experience for the people using it every day.
Let’s Talk
Every organization is different.
Every team works differently.
Every Wrike environment has its own challenges.
That’s why I offer a complimentary advisory call.
No pressure.
No obligation.
Just a conversation.
We’ll talk about your current environment, what’s working, what’s not, and where opportunities may exist to improve.
If it makes sense to work together, great.
If not, you’ll still leave with a better understanding of your options.
