Wrike, built for real work.

Because great work is built on solid ground.

Most Wrike problems aren't platform problems.

Organizations don't reach out because Wrike is broken.

They reach out because nobody can find anything.

Requests are coming through Slack, email, meetings, and hallway conversations.

Processes aren't documented.

Permissions are all over the place.

Information becomes unreliable.

Eventually, team members lose trust in the system.

To rebuild trust in the system, I focus on four areas.

Structure

  • Work has a home.

  • The workspace is easy to navigate.

  • Reporting becomes possible.

Process

  • Work moves consistently from request through completion.

  • Expectations are clear, information is reliable, and progress is visible.

Governance

  • Ownership is clearly defined.

  • Standards exist.

  • Changes are intentional.

Adoption

  • Team members trust the platform.

  • They work with confidence.

  • Wrike becomes part of how work gets done.

Hi, I’m James.

I’ve spent more than seven years helping organizations get more value from their Wrike investment.

My journey with Wrike started as a customer. Later, I joined Wrike as a Customer Success Manager, helping organizations improve adoption, strengthen processes, and get more from the platform. After founding Aura One Consulting Group in 2021, Wrike became my first client, where I continued supporting customers as a Business Technology Analyst and Professional Services Consultant.

Today, I’m an Authorized Wrike Partner and Reseller, working with organizations across industries to create clarity, structure, and long-term sustainability within their workspaces.

My focus isn’t just on solving today’s challenges. I’m always thinking about what comes next. How will this process scale? How will this team grow? How can we make decisions today that continue to support the organization years from now?

Just as importantly, I believe confidence matters. My goal isn’t to keep the knowledge to myself. I enjoy helping teams understand their workspace, build their own solutions, and feel empowered to take ownership of the platform.

The goal is simple: create a workspace people trust, a process they can follow, and a foundation that supports the way they actually work.
