Freelance Wrike Consultant

What you’ll work on

• Join client calls to understand their needs, discuss processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure spaces, folders, projects, blueprints, workflows, custom fields, and custom item types.
• Build and refine request forms, dashboards, reports, and automations.
• Develop processes for individual teams and workflows that connect multiple departments.
• Troubleshoot issues and test changes before they reach users.
• Document changes and create clear guidance for users and administrators.
• Communicate progress, questions, and blockers, and track your time by client and task.

What I’m looking for

• Strong, hands-on experience configuring and administering Wrike beyond managing your own tasks.
• The ability to understand how a team works and recommend practical solutions that support their processes and long-term needs.
• Good judgment about how changes may affect existing work, reporting, and automations.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Comfort working directly with clients and representing Aura One professionally.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with me.
• Willingness to ask questions when something is unclear.

Experience with Wrike integrations, APIs, or Power Automate is a plus, but not required.

How we’ll work together

You’ll work directly with me, the founder of Aura One Consulting Group. We’ll initially attend client calls together so you can learn the accounts, meet the teams, and understand the work underway.

We’ll decide what each of us will work on and check in regularly. You’ll work independently between meetings, with my continued involvement and support.

Engagement and compensation

• Remote, U.S.-based freelance opportunity.
• Anticipated rate: $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience and fit.
• Work is offered as needed, with no guaranteed hours or minimum volume of work.
• Before work begins, we’ll confirm your availability and the number of hours approved for the work. Client calls, onboarding, implementation, testing, and documentation are paid work and count toward those hours.
• Client work begins after the necessary approvals and account access are in place.

There is potential for more consistent work and greater responsibility over time, but neither is guaranteed. This opportunity is suited to someone who is comfortable starting with a flexible workload.
