  • A fixed, time-boxed foundational engagement

Wrike Workspace Architecture is the required starting point for all engagements.

This work establishes the governance, structure, and clarity needed for Wrike to function as a reliable system across teams. It aligns the platform to how your organization actually works, while setting standards that support adoption, reporting, and long-term scalability.

    This engagement includes:

    • Defining governance, standards, and ownership

    • Designing and implementing workspace structure

    • Translating existing processes into Wrike workflows

    • Configuring request forms, custom fields, automations, and related settings where appropriate

    • Establishing reporting and visibility for teams and leadership

    • Initial training and enablement to support adoption

Wrike Workspace Architecture is delivered over a defined period of time with a clear beginning and end. Scope and cost vary based on organizational size, complexity, number of teams, and the current state of the workspace.

Completion of Wrike Workspace Architecture is required before moving into ongoing ownership.

  • An ongoing monthly partnership

Wrike Workspace Ownership is designed for organizations that want a dedicated owner for Wrike after the architectural foundation is in place.

This engagement focuses on maintaining governance, evolving the workspace thoughtfully, and ensuring Wrike continues to support the organization as needs change. Rather than reactive support, this is an ownership model built on continuity, accountability, and proactive improvement.

    This engagement includes:

    • Ongoing ownership and administration of the Wrike workspace

    • Maintaining and enforcing governance standards

    • Introducing new workflows or processes as the organization evolves

    • Updating request forms, custom fields, automations, and related settings where appropriate

    • Supporting reporting and visibility as priorities shift

    • Training new users and reinforcing adoption over time

    • Acting as a trusted advisor for Wrike-related decisions

Wrike Workspace Ownership is structured as a monthly partnership and is available only after completion of Wrike Workspace Architecture. Scope and level of support are adjusted over time based on organizational needs.
