I help teams make Wrike work in a way that is clear, practical, and sustainable.

My background spans both hands-on configuration and strategic guidance. Before founding Aura One Consulting Group, I worked as a Customer Success Manager at Wrike, partnering closely with teams across industries to help them design, adopt, and evolve their work management practices. That experience shaped how I approach my work today.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all setups or over-engineered solutions. Most teams do not need more complexity. They need clarity, structure, and a workspace that supports how they actually work.


My approach is collaborative and grounded in real environments. I work alongside teams inside their Wrike account, helping them make decisions, clean up what no longer serves them, and build systems they can confidently maintain over time. The goal is not just a better setup, but a better way of working.

Clients often come to me when their Wrike environment feels overwhelming, inconsistent, or difficult to scale. Others are just getting started and want to build things the right way from day one. In both cases, the focus is the same: meaningful progress, not busy work.
