James Echols is an expert in Wrike with more than seven years of experience helping organizations design, implement, and improve environments that support the way their people work.
His experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Wrike, followed by contractor engagements as a Business Technology Analyst and Professional Services Consultant. Across those roles, James has worked at the intersection of business operations, technology, and user adoption—helping teams translate the way they work into systems they can confidently use.
Today, James leads Aura One Consulting Group as an Authorized Wrike Partner and Wrike Systems Architect. His role is not simply to build a workspace. It is to understand how the organization operates, guide the decisions behind the solution, and prepare designated team members to manage and evolve the environment long after the engagement is complete.
